Those Crazy Little Coincidences, Plus Book Club Book

I'm soooo sleepy today!  I have 2 new aides - Misty's company closed their doors (ack!  but we're still friends:)  - Sierra and Amanda.  Both seem very able and nice, so that's good in my book.  They each have days they are here, and they can switch with each other when needed.
Tonight is Book Club at Mary H.'s.  We read Two Old Women, a lovely retelling of an Athabascan tale, set in Alaska, long ago.  It was told to the author by her mother, and they are both Athabascans.  There is much to be learned from the story or these two "helpless" elderly women!

Do you ever experience strange little coincidences in your life, like thinking of an obscure song and it comes on the radio at the same time?  Two of them happened to me recently:  One, I was talking to Mark about the scene in Forrest Gump where he rescues Bubba, only to see him die.  Then we turned on the tv, and it was that exact scene!  And we never talk about F. Gump - just this once I did.  So strange.
The other thing that happened was I was just thinking about my dr.'s resident/assistant whom I haven't seen for some time, and about how nice it is for the dr. to have someone to help him with calls and so on.  Just then the phone rang and it was him!  Weird!  He called to ask an obscure question for the dr., about testing for celiac disease.  I don't even have an appt. coming up or anything, and I never even think about the people in the office unless I'm going there.
Isn't that weird how those things happen?  What are the odds?  I've had even stranger coincidences, but can't remember them at the moment.  Have you?  Tell me about them!
I love you!

Just now saw this post!
You seem to have an extraordinary amount of strange coincidences! Must be one of God's little gifts/laughs to you. I know I have had some too, but I can't remember any of them right now. :/
Book Club is something I really miss! I'm glad you and Mel (and sometimes Haley) still get to go.
