My aide was reading mine today, too. I didn't get to hear feedback from her, 'cause she had to leave then, but can't wait to see what she thought. It's such a convenient way for people to get to know a person!
Also, some of my posts were written to help and inspire others who might happen to read them - well, I found out who they were meant to help (at least): Me! I needed to read some of those exact words yesterday. Funny how those things work out.
(I'll post pictures of them asap)
On other subjects, it's been very quiet here at The Gables. We had such a pleasant weekend. First we went to Mel and Danny's for Kattie's birthday and Haley and Dallin's goodbye (they leave Rexburg Friday). We had a potluck bbq, and everything was nice and low key. I haven't talked to Haley since; I think we're holding our breath, anticipating their departure. It's hard. Friday will also be Kattie's last day at The Gables. She's probably going to be teaching again (she left us voluntarily, with a great work record, and the people here love her - she says she'll come visit us often). So two big changes at once, but they signal new adventures, too.
Just think how much fun it's been following the Haroldsens in W.V.!
Bethany was all fixed up with fancy shoes and crocheted headband that were darling.
Look at those fat cheeks and pouty lips!
See my nails? They're glittery, to match Beth's shoes :D
Isn't Josh cute? The classic little boy, playing with the toys
Doesn't Hunter look sad? Waaahaa!
Justin came up, too, and Phillip was there. They're both looking good. Leto stayed in the car, but we'd taken him for ice cream, so he was happy.
Take care, everyone, and Happy Birthday, Kattie!
xoxoxo
PS We need a new phone, so sorry if you couldn't get through. Our good phones are packed up, I think, and the ones we've had here have been secondhand and really, really unreliable! I think all is well, then check and it's not working. So frustrating! Can. Not. Tolerate. Any. Longer...

Aw, love all the pictures! I said to Dallin, "look how cute Beth is!" and he said," Who is Beth?" Haha! He had no idea there was a baby named Beth in the family!
It's sad to be leaving, but you're right about it being fun to see new places in the world, and the whole family gets to see what it's like to live somewhere else. It's been fun hearing all about Megan's funny neighbors in W.V. and how they decorate those goose statues with little bonnets and seasonal outfits. Still makes me laugh to think about how much time they spend on that! :)
Beth is so cute and yes, her cheeks are chubby! We all love the chubby, squishy babies so she fits right in. I can't wait to see everyone and the new babies and stuffs!
Your right about Haley and Kattie starting new adventures. It will be so fun to see and hear about Haley's new life! She's going to have so much fun with her new place to live.
Oh, and I'm so glad you love the blog books! Isn't it sooo nice to have them as a touchable, readable object instead of just another thing on the computer?! I WUV having hard copies of them! Aiden and Audrey still read our blog books all the time. They love all the pictures.
