Hellooo! I'm so excited to be 58! I've always loved the idea of getting old, and now I am! We might go fishing tonight, or to DI or Barnes and Noble if the weather's not good enough. They have a stocked pond here in town now, and I can't wait to go there.
Sandy called me and Kattie came by and said hi. I had a tummy ache for a while, but it's getting better. It's nice to just sit here, and I'll go outside with Leto in a bit. Did I say that I love sunshine? I really do. When I was growing up I adored being outside and just looking at the grass or trees waving in the wind. I would just relax and think and observe. That kind of thing makes me feel peaceful, only now I prefer to take a book to read, and I block my face from the sun pretty much.
I still feel the same as I did when I was that age (around 4 or 5). I actually feel like I'm in my skin, looking out at the world and wondering what it's all about, and then just being still
What do you prefer? Stillness or noise/voices/sounds? We're reading a book about that next month in book club. I'll let you know how it is. : )

OH my goodness I forgot to call!!!! I'm sorry! This is the first year I've ever forgotten in a long time! (you should have reminded me yesterday when I called!) We were going to call, but then Hunter was acting horrible and said he was sick and then Dallin wanted to go to the rodeo and we just got back at 10 pm (Hunter is now exhausted in bed and still feeling sick). We'll call tomorrow!
