Saturday Morning
I love Saturdays, don't you?
Mark downloaded the pictures today! I'll post them soon; I just need to find them again and edit them. He baked really delicious chocolate chip cookies last night. The recipe has you brown the butter a little and then use mostly brown sugar. Gives them a lot of flavor.
Mark has a talk tomorrow, on prayer and promptings. He's going to tell a bit about things that happened to me as a single mom, as part of his talk. Mostly about the persistence of the prompting about getting our car from the Allens, after our ancient car finally bit the dust. I was so horrified to call and tell Sis. Allen that I'd been told by the Spirit that they had a car for us. Imagine my relief when she gasped and said, "We've been praying about who to give one of our cars to!!" That was the Suburban that carried us to Logan and back to I.F., that died just as we got back here, after Mark and I were married.
So many things like that happened to us, just when we needed them.
Btw, when I relate things that I've learned, especially spiritual things, I'm not thinking that you don't already know them and live them; I'm just putting them down as a record of my life and beliefs. But if it helps someone, especially my descendants, then that will be wonderful.
So Mark has his talk done now, Leto is whining to be let out where Mark is (in the office, which is just a few steps away, through the French doors), and I am listening to a documentary about babies. Jasmine is sun bathing on the floor, and Tut is outside. Seth is working, assembling delicious sandwiches. I want one!
Okay, that's the skinny from here!
Take care!

Where does Seth work now? Hearing about delicious sandwiches makes me think it must be Subway!
I can't wait to see your pictures! It seems like we haven't seen any in a really long time and we miss seeing you guys! So, I can't wait!
I like that Jazzy sun bathes her fur all the time. Sometimes I will find Asia in the one spot that has the sun shining on it. And she always looks soooo happy.
I have to speak in church next week! And I saw on Facebook that Tyler has to speak tomorrow like Doc. I thought I was immune form speaking for a while now, but then I got my new calling and knew they would call me soon! Darn it! I get scared. How about Doc? Is he nervous? You'll have to tell us how it goes. I forgot about the thing with the Allen's and the suburban! You should write down all kids of memories and experiences on here for us to remember. Some of them we don't know, and if you die then we'll never have them!!! That is crazy about the Allen's and them praying who to give a car to. And we needed it sooooo badly! And, yes, so many times things happened and pulled through like that for us. We were definately watched and blessed during those times!
I love Saturdays, too! They have such a feeling of possibility in them! It is nice to be all home and together.
I am reading this a little after you wrote it, so I hope Doc's talk went well! I'm sure it did- he always does great and is such a good teacher. By the way, what is his calling now?
