Our Thursday, End of February
How are you all? I am fine. Still taking pain meds at night, and that seems to cover things. Last night, Mark got me a giant baked potato at Smith's. Yum! Thank you, Mark!
To answer you questions, Mark's talk was good, and he's the Sun. School President.
Mark's got his hands full with work, with major people quitting, a building flooding, and crazy things coming out of the woodwork. I always think when events seem to conspire against you, that's probably happening right before something really good. At least that's true in my experience. It's like the machine that you push and stretch your body against, and you learn to associate it with something good, some good purpose. I think that's what opposition is, and you learn to appreciate it and also all the people that stretch your patience and understanding. I don't even feel that anymore, probably because I'm in a protected position, but maybe because I've seem how those ornery people provide us with a chance to grow in understanding and faith.
Okay, Seth just left for work, and I have Rachel Ray on in the background. I'm reading The Vampire Lestat on Seth's recommendation. So far, it's been really interesting and I love Anne Rice's style and pacing, etc.
So here's to the end of February! Only a few more days left till March! Wahoo!
'Love You,
xoxoxo

Hello! I was going to call you (and Meggie, so don't worry Megan I will be calling shortly!), but then I saw your blog post. It's easier to type a comment than to call, because I can type while doing other things with Hunter, but if I'm on the phone Hunter acts like a wild child. I think he gets jealous of the phone. ;)
So I hope you're feeling okay. That was nice of Doc to get you a baked potato. Sounds yummy. I wonder what's going on at his work... hmm, I'll have to call you I guess! Right now I just put Hunter in a nap and I'm finishing reading Rebecca. Such a good book! I can't put it down at night so when we go to bed I use my little book light and read under the blankets while Dallin sleeps. :)
I need to call you too to hear about what is going on at Doc's work! Does he still teach sunday school or is he just in charge of getting teachers, etc?
We don't have baked potateys very much. Maybe it is because we aren't in Idaho anymore!
Okay, I'm going to just go call you now!
I love your updates. I love still being able to know what's going on with people from my second family. :)
