Sabbath Joy, and Photos!

We had such a wonderful Sunday Service today, with testimony meetings in both sacrament meeting and Relief Society. Mark subbed in Gospel Doctrine and I learned so much! It covered 3rd Nephi, chapters 22-26, where the Savior is visiting the New World, and it's His third day here. He emphasizes the words of Isaiah 54, and Malachi, plus the testimony of His resurrection by Samuel the Lamanite (which Nephi had neglected to write - he later did write it). Isaiah is about the Messiah, the destruction of the wicked, and the Millenium; Bruce R. McConkie said that, for our salvation, we have to learn and understand this book of the Bible. That's exciting! I love to attend our Ward meetings, because the Spirit is there, just as if Jesus were in our midst. It is palpable. These are salt of the earth people, people who hunger for spiritual understanding. If Jesus did appear in our midst, the people in our ward wouldn't be any different than they are now...they would humbly listen to Him and ask for His forgiveness and rejoice in it, just as they do now. I love that feeling - it is such a blessing... Now for some pictures... Ben, Kattie, and Friend, After her Mission Farewell Leto, Stalking a Terrible, Horrible, Dangerous Bee! Aiden's Soccer Party: Miss Audrey celebrates styling her own outfit - Look at that Sassy Bum!!

Anya: Blue-eyes, hanging cool...Even on Grandma's lap! How's that for a smile?

All Hail, the Conquering Hero!

The End

Hi, Mams! I'm glad you got to go to church, and that Doc got to sub. in class. I'm always in primary so I don't even remember what it's like to be in a big kid class! Love the photos! I'll have to get copies of them. Oh, and I'm so glad that you could go with us to Aiden's party and to play at the libray!

Hi Noodle a la poodle! I loved your pictures, and I'm glad Doc finally got around to downloading them. :) I'm glad you had a fun Halloween (even though you only had a couple of trick or treaters). We had fun too! I'll put pictures on my blog asap.
