Some Stuff

Hi. Our weekend was nice. We went by the library and then went to the store and also I got to look at the Red Cross drug store uptown. It has a lot of little trinkets and gifts. We didn't buy anything, but it was fun. Just to get out and see the colors on the trees and experience the fall weather was wonderful. I think we're going to get a motel room for two nights in Salt Lake or else we're going to stay at Susan's we're not sure but I think we're going to go with the motel room. Its part of our wedding gift to Justin and Tara to be honored with our presence, lol.
Mark made some caramel popcorn for the marketer to put in bags to give  to people. And then he made strawberry ice cream. For the residents, with nitrogen gas they bought from a pharmacy here and it was really really nice and everybody just loved it. So he's already making a reputation for himself.. That's mostly any news that I have. I'll post some pictures. I really miss all of you. And now I'm going to cry.

A line of pretty trees near us
The most exciting thing going on in La Grande on Saturday was watching an ambulance sit outside a grill, which Mark and I actually spent time doing, lol

Dusk outside our window
An employee made this giant cupcake for Mark on boss's day
And Mark had me take this series of pics, which he set up to look like the kid in Mathilda

Did I tell you we gave talks at church?  They went well...of course, Mark's talk was awesome!
This is one of the windows there, which was taken from the old tabernacle that used to be here
Isn't it beautiful?
Thanks for reading!  Take care!

Doc is so silly! Haha.... That is a HUGE cupcake!
How did your talks go? Do you like the ward? Are people friendly at church? That window is so pretty! Our church only has boring see through windows, hehehe....
Um, what else, Oh, you have a beautiful view! Brooks and I both think the fall colors this year are not as vibrant. We want super bright colors!
Sabriel went trick or treating today at a little health center near her school. She was soo excited and took her ladybug costume from last year to wear. She has about 10 pieces of candy but she thinks she has a ton!

Hahaha, I love the series of Doc being the Matilda boy! So funny! And that was really nice of his employee to make him that!
The stained glass window is so pretty, and the picture of dusk outside your window is too!
I love that you guys stayed and watched the ambulance outside- there must not be much to do in La Grande on a Saturday. :)
We get to see you tomorrow night! AHHH! We're all so excited for a fun trip and getting to see grandma and grandpa!
