Woo Hoo! (Oh no!)
Really great news, plus scary! Mark got a job in Las Vegas, as Executive Director (administrator) of a memory-care unit attached to an assisted living unit. The company (Willowcreek - you can look up the facility at willowcreeklv.com, the St. Martens (sp?) facility) seems like a really good one, bases in LV, and the people, too. He was a construction owner, and built many bldgs. around there, besides the asst. living buildings (3) in LV. He is LDS, and the business is family-owned and operated, but has many employees and directors that aren't fam. members.
Anyway, the places are soooo nice, and they are the leading assted livs. in lv. (Sorry, I'm in a big hurry!) We can live at the facility as long as we need to, and we plan on selling this (real est. lady has already come) Seth wants to stay here with Leto - we'll need to work out where he'll be staying or if he'll come with us. Anyway, we need your help to put things in storage (you can have lots if you help!) and clean afterwards. If you can, please let us know.
I have to go to the dentist's today, so am leaving in a bit. We need to pick Seth up from Josh's so we can talk. We need to talk to Mel, too. Anyway, that's the lowdown. I'll tell you more later on.

WOW! SO much change coming up! I wish you had known a few weeks ago when we were there so we could have helped clean and go through things, etc.
It will be interesting to see what Seth ends up doing. I hope it's something good! And I think that is pretty neat that you will be living in big city and houses are supposed to be really cheap there since the whole housing market thing happened. I will look up the company and call soon!
That is really exciting, and yes, scary, and SAD that you're moving! WAHHH! I know I never drove down there, but it's still sad that you'll be living so far away for holidays, etc. And I wonder what Seth will do... Dallin's afraid that Seth is going to disappear from the family and we'll never hear from him again. I hope that's not what happens! But I think that it's crazy to keep the house just for him, when you might as well get him an apartment and pay $500 a month for that instead of a whole house payment, ya know? I hope it all works out. Mostly, it's Leto who you're keeping the house for, and that seems like a lot of money just for him. But I'm sure you'll figure it out, and I don't know anything! :)
I can help out when I come stay the night next week. Too bad Megan can't fly back, because she is really good at that stuff and actually enjoys it. I'll try to help when I'm there though!
