Resolved To:
In addition to whatever crazy idea or self-improvement project I am trying at any given time, I'm making these resolutions for 2009 (so wish me luck!) :
1) Test my blood sugar twice as often, which means 4 times a day (boring, I know, but essential)
2) Prepare for Family Home Evening each Monday
3) Have glorious window-type boxes hanging from our front porch railing
4) Write a snail mail letter or card to someone every day
5) Continue with Experimenting
Bonus Resolution: Be a Neatnik/Super-Organized Person. This is just a fantasy dream. Oh well.
While I'm at it, I might as well add in Amazing Gardener, Crafter, and Chef...
How about Published Author? House Historian? Treasure Hunter?
Maybe I'll settle for just being a Nice Person. :/

Well you've gotten farther than I have- I haven't even made New Year's resolutions this year! I like your resolutions, and good luck with them! I know I would never be able to do the "be a nice person" one. :)
Haley, it's waaay easier to be nice when you don't have any pressure on you (as in my life, for example).
And I'm not all hormonal, at least not that I care to admit to. ;)
Thank you so much for commenting. I can't wait to read your next post!
Speaking of hormonal, and being nice...
I ALWAYS find the "nicer me" leaves when I am preggo! It's horrible! My mind and feelings seem to see so much that is frustrating. It helps to realize it is just hormones making you feel that way. Then you can try to ignore the feelings and be just be nice anyway.
Your list sounds fun, except for the testing the blood sugar part. My goals are to get in better shape and read the scriptures consistently.
