Eye Update

I went to the eye dr.'s the past 2 a.m.s, and he said there's a scratch on the white of my eye that happened during surgery.  He's being extra-careful with it, and I can't focus enough yet to see what my vision is like yet, but I'm sure it will be fine.  I wear an eye patch at night, and I have a soft contact in to protect it while it heals; I can't even feel that, except I know it's soothing, and I'm all for that!
So, that's my little update.  Hope you're all fine and dandy.  We love you!

Oh that's too bad it isn't healing as quickly as the other one, but I bet you'll be happy to have good eyesight again! I'm typing with one hand so I'll keep it short, but I've loved watching the mormon videos. The people in the videos seemed very productive, interesting, and happy with a light in their eyes. It made me want to be better too! Thanks for posting them!

Hi,Dianey! This morning I took some time to catch up on your blogs...I read all the way back to the election, and your excellent letter in support of Mitt! As I have made a [temporary] committment to pull back from reading and responding to the negativity of political articles, I find myself with more time on my hands! I started journaling again, and will attempt to work on updating my blog. I always enjoy reading your blogs and finding out what you and your family are doing, and enjoy the pics...especially during the holidays! I'm glad to know you're doing so well and now look forward to a new adventure living in a different state! You will be closer to Sandy now. I continue to do well with Reliv (thank you!),but we had a tremendous bout with this killer flu which landed us flat on our backs for a few days! I think we're just now getting over it, but still have this enduring cough. Well, take care, my sweet cousin...I love you and your family. Let's keep in touch! - Bonnie
